Handset cradle design needs improvement
3 of 3 found this helpful Overall the build, and features are great and initial programming is straight forward. There are some issues with resetting' missed calls' count for example. The big issue is the cradle is too shallow to properly secure the handset while at rest. In the horizontal position the slightest brush with the phone will dislodge the handset (not enough weight?) from the phone platform. Not major but annoying.
