Rosemary & Thyme Series 1 DVD
4 of 4 found this helpful After watching different episodes of Rosemary & Thyme on a PBS station, I wanted to be able to watch from beginning to end, so Series 1 was ordered. Now I know how the two ladies "hitched up." It's great to watch with no interruptions. The color and clarity is great. I am hooked on this series, and will be ordering Series 2 & 3. The gardening tips are appreciated, and seeing the wonderful gardens is a treat. Add the intrigue of solving the mysteries only makes it better. The two main characters are portrayed by very down-to-earth actresses which allows you to vicariously participate so long as you do not expect a bunch of unbelievable visual affects; the sights and sounds are real! I am so hooked on this series. Highly recommend this British series.

Brain Builder & Exerciser
Lots of good word search puzzles under different categories. Adds lots to keep an aging brain functioning. This is a good book. I do several every evening while the TV is going but nothing of real watching interest. I am going to get a small dictionary to look up the meaning of some words as I always liked English especially in high school is my 10th grade teacher was great.

Living Well at an Advanced Age
Since I started taking this product, I just feel better overall. This is important as I suffer from an auto-immune disease for which there is no cure and limited medications. I am 77 years old and the "aging process" is doing its thing. But I am not overweight, do not have diabetes, do not have high blood pressure, and only take two regular prescribed medications: one for Myasthenia Gravis and one for a long time thyroid condition. I sleep well, do not over eat, try to consume more water, do not drink soft drinks that are carbonated, and take a regular regimen of vitamins and minerals including D3+Calcium/Magnesium/Phosphorus, B12, raw zinc, Mega Red oil, baby aspirin. Due to having a family history of heart disease, I have watched my diet for years cutting down on red meat and eating more fish and limited pork. Most meat and fish is baked, not fried. I eat a variety of vegetables and simple salads with lite dressing. Limit starch intake eating very little bread, and potatoes only once in awhile. This has worked for me for years along with taking the CuraMed.
