Product lacks any real support

For a seriously injured canine hock, support needs to keep the joint from moving laterally. This product is very soft and does not provide much in the way of lateral support at all. It was not effective for the injury of my pet.

Water froze because the unit failed

The water froze in the unit. Chickens could not get water, so no, I do not recommend this product. It may be this unit only but there is no way to know. I will need to find another option to provide water when it is below freezing.
