A non-invasive approach
This is an easy to understand for the non-cardiologists amongst us. But it has plenty of reference material as well. It was an excellent intro to EECP and provided a good basis for further research on the internet. I began my EECP treatment yesterday.

Very Good Dictionary for applying study tech.
1 of 1 found this helpful World Book Dictionary in 2 volumes.
1979 edition. Not always easy to find. And very useful!
I like the definition of Soul in this dictionary:
n. the part of the human being that thinks, feels and makes the body act; the spiritual part of a person as distinct from the physical...
This is a great dictionary set to use while applying Study Tech. This dictionary is used in Academies all over the world. The dictionaries are usually in terrible shape because they are often the dictionary of choice and see a LOT of usage.
Derivations, idioms, concise definitions that don't take you in circles trying to understand, and get you back to your studies in a minimal amount of time: These are valuable attributes that the World Book edition brings to the student and supervisor alike.

Tried it and it worked
6 of 8 found this helpful Yes you may need a dictionary because this is not a Dick and Jane book. It is a how-to manual and I read it and applied it and watched it work. It was also written in 1950 when the average level of literacy was much higher than today. Just take any grade 12 textbook from that era and see what I mean. Actually, take any grade 8 textbook and compare. But the current edition of Dianetics has most words you'd need to look up defined at the bottom of each page so you can read straight through. I applied the technique and I saw the result. All the blather in the world won't change a single observation honestly made. I reccommend that you buy a current edition with a good glossary.
