Good jigsaw blades for many applications

This set contains fine and coarse jigsaw blades for both metal, plastic and wood, it is a good set to tackle many jobs. So far, I only used the wood blades and they seem to be high quality making clean cuts with the blade showing no signs of wear. The set is a good value. I highly recommend this set, you won't be disappointed.

Useful to sous vide novices and those with some experience.

This book will be helpful for people who are new to sous vide and also those with some experience. The book is simple and straight forward, if you would like an explanation of why you are doing something it tells you. If you would like to just go to a recipe and follow it you can also do that. I have been using sous vide for about three years and this book will make it easy to cook foods that I haven't tried before. The recipes from Americas Test Kitchen are usually fool proof.
