I have a Whirlpool Model GI6FARXXY08 refrigerator and too much water was filling into the ice maker causing the ice to freeze together in the bin. This water valve fixed the issue. This valve on my refrigerator was located behind the water filter at the top inside of the refrigerator. The valve I received is good quality and shipping was fast.
