Good value, and quality.

As others have said, the rubber grip is a little loose, but I didn't find it a problem. Mine wasn't loose enough to cause handling issues. Maybe the grip was looser for other customers? I found the instructions easy to follow, the power great, and the many attachments, especially the ear trimmers very useful. My only recommendation would be to have a tray inside the case to organize/store the attachments once opened. Everything fits back in the case, but tossed in loosely and not secure.
