Programming instructions for the V-Tech handsets.
The Seller did everything Correctly. The problem is the Handsets were "Locked" onto the old base. There is NO automatic set up. Each of the Handsets have to be given the "Factory Reset Code" to release them from the former base. V-TEch will not give any support, NONE, ZERO to out of warranty product. Hurray for U-tube. V-Tech also makes the AT&T units, and after watching probably 20 u-tubes an engineer type knew the code for the AT&T units and it worked for the V-tech model. Here is the exact procedure that nothing is mentioned in the instruction manual. *On each Hand Set one at a time, push the following:
Menu – Pause - *331734# - menu Wait for screen to change
*Place hand set in base station “charging port.”
*Hold down the “Find Handset button” for our seconds until “In Use” lights.
*Wait 10 or more seconds. Phone screen then goes blank.
*I then pushed Menu and the screen then lit, and the phone was paired.

Wonderful machine if you want or need a professional rack mounted player.
1 of 1 found this helpful Written 2/5/2013 - This CD player is a professional rack mounted older CD Player, that will play almost all known CD formats. Our attraction to this unit, is that it has a "Time Clock" function that, in effect, allows the machine to be turned switched on and off by an external power source such as a time clock. This unit is the command unit for our church bell tower, controlled by a seven day time clock. This CD player is easy to program to play the individual music in random order. There are probably well over 100 settings on the unit, and if anyone is interested, the user manual, which is over 50 pages long, is available on line. It is not for the faint of heart, and takes some time to understand the large amount of options and settings available.
