Bottle Shock
True Story, well told. Great soundtrack of the era. Add to your wine movie collection right beside Sideways!

Audio Technica USB Turntable
2 of 2 found this helpful The unit is easy to setup and use. There is a quirk either in Win 7 or the turntable itself that requires you to plug in the usb cable when ready to use it, and un-plug when done. Otherwise sound from the PC doesn't work. May be a setting that can be changed, I just have not spent too much time exploring. The stylus (phono cartridge, or needle as some would call it) seems pretty cheap and we'll see how it holds up and how readily replacements are found. I doubt it can be upgraded. Care in placement of the unit is needed as any movement or vibration will cause a feedback brought on by the very light tone arm setting, which is NOT adjustable. I've used a piece of tape to add ever so slight weight to reduce the feedback. My goal for the turntable is to convert many old old albums to digital. I've only just scratched the surface of the softwares capabilities, although it is familiar to some other brands and archetechure of programs I have or have used.
Over all, not a bad $70 spent. However I would not spend retail price, generally over $100.
Best of luck!

Crown Victoria Sport
2 of 2 found this helpful This is my second Crown Victoria, third if you count the 1965 Galaxie 500 that was my first ever auto. I've never driven a more comfortable car on the highway. I like rear wheel drive and that was one of the reasons I purchased my first Crown Victoria. This black one draws some real attention though. At a Chevy dealer today I was looking at a new black Corvette while waiting for a coworker to drop off his car. A salesman came out and oogled over my black CV Sport and didn't even try to sell me anything!
This is a very adequate car for many purposes. It can haul several adults in comfort. It could be considered a real economy car because they can be bought at a very reasonable price in good shape. They get very decent milage if you don't push them too hard. And I've NEVER had anything break on one. My 1999 model now has 115,000 mile reading on the odo, never a problem with it.
I'll buy another, and another, and another!
