  Buyer received item as posted in pictures on eBay. Look at my other reviews for the last 2 years. The buyer shipped the item out of the United States and the stated it did not meet his standards. I offered the buyer a partial refund of $200 which was accepted. The partial refund did not process so I asked the buyer to return the item for a full refund.
