No refund and poor quality that lasted only a few drives before failing !
These coil overs were of poor quality, the balls and top plates were worn out in 10hrs of driving... Once they are worn out you will here excessive clunking from the tops of the coil overs and this echos right through the car. The dampening was also night and day in comparison to quality units which are now fitted. BC coil overs are the best option if not going for standard OEM replacements. No refund was given to me and to this day the items sit in the shed being totally useless to me...
