I need a replacement!
It won't connect to my laptop! I've tried everything. When I first set it up, the power and the cameras light were green and the wifi light was orange, so Arlo said I have to call my cable company to open the ports on my router, so I did and the wifi light turned green, but the camera light turned orange! I then called Arlo back and they tried everything and finally told me that it can't be done, the thing has to be returned for a new one!
