Nice sturdy screen room
I had one before so I knew what I was buying. It is still the same quality stiching and heavy zippers. I got confused when ordering the size. I followed the recommendation about ordering the next larger size but this was wrong. Make sure you order exactly the width of the FABRIC awning , not the tube length. So my room is about 6 in too long but I can live with it. I do not recommend using the twist snaps. They do not secure the vinyl well enough. Either buy the upgrade or get some industrial velcro. One thing I wish they would use is block out vinyl. Instead of the 15 oz vinyl, they could use an 18 oz sun blocking material and it wouldnt really jack their cost per unit that much ( i was in the sign and banner business using the same type of materials)
The stakes they give you suck. Buy some yellow plastic ones. Another thing they could do that would only cost them a couple bucks. I mean c'mon, we arent buying a 89$ bug tent here.
A tip - I install my panels inside-out . I think the roll down privacy panels work better on the outside keeping out rain and wind. I roll the panel up to the top rolliing inward, so that there isnt a trough across the top which would capture rain.
Also, I put grommets in the corners of the privacy panels so I can use bungees and sticks and stake them out like a tent awning for sun protection.
Anyway, its a good sturdy room. Much more substantial than the other versions with nylon tent fabric. Plus, with the weight and ground stakes it stabilizes the whole awning . Should last a good number of years. Easy to clean.
