It's a good product but have glitches
5 of 6 found this helpful I bought an iPad Air 2 and it was great until the third day. On the third day, I didn't keep the charger on while I was using the iPad. When the ipad's battery dropped to 45%, it shut down. I didn't know what was going on. I thought it didn't have any battery anymore because when I tired to turn it back on, the screen was telling me to connect to the charger. So I did and I opened the iPad. To my surprised, the iPad was at 45% battery. So I took off the charger and it shut off by itself after 20 seconds. So I repeated the process and the battery was still at 45% when I turn the iPad back on. So that was a real problem. The price was good but you have to be really careful about the iPad working properly. It probably happened because it wasn't properly refurbished.
