VERY VERY SLOW
This coffee maker takes 25 - 30 minutes to brew a 12 cup pot. That's not an exaggeration, I timed it at 28 minutes! The "brew" button is also touchy and you have to press it hard & wait a few seconds to hear it beep & see it light up to make sure the thing brews. This is how it's worked since day one.
On the good side, it does have a nice clean look to it. Basically it's a pretty machine that's useless!
