Yoga for beginners
I knew the asanas (positions) already, just needed to refresh my memory. I do have one comment about the cover. Why do Yoga books and magazines always show the hardest poses? That would scare me away.

Tad heavy
I really like everything about this product, except it's weight. It is hard to ignore when I use it. I intend on opening it and removing some (a lot) of the seeds.

Ah-h-h-h
My medications all have the side effect of constipation. This is the only product, natural or chemical, that I have found to work. What a relief!
