Worked perfectly.
I had to rebuild the engine mount rib in my bildge and replace coupler, this coupler was perfect for the 2.5 with the alpha one outdrive. I ran it for about 80 + hrs so far, with no issue.

Ok for cheap China made product.
Needed a few adjustments. Like any China made replacement it's a 50/50 deal, it'll either work or not. This one worked with a little tuning I am satisfied.

Good alignment tool to have if you have an alpha 1 outside with a 2.5 Your supposed to pull the outside and check the alignment and change impeller pump every 2 yrs anyway.
