Very good product, delivers speed as promised
Very well performing. Transfer speeds are limited either by the source on the PC or by the SD card speed. No drivers required, and never had any compatibility issues.
The physical size is a bit of a nuisance, even though it's quite typical for comparable speed products. Unlike other products, this has no cable whatsoever, so you need a USB port with sufficient physical clearance around it. This won't fit in tight spaces. For me this hasn't been a problem so far. The upside of this is compactness.
Another minor nuisance is that it's kind of hard to tell which to plug it in, as the text printed on it isn't clearly visible.

Generally a good product, but usability seriously flawed

The pros:
- Well built
- Bluetooth connectivity is good
- Audio quality is good (but volume isn't, see below)
- Indications given by speech (for volume, battery level, pairing etc) are great (but are useless in noisy environments, see below)
The cons:
Audio:
- No "immersive" audio, by design. They're designed so that there is no audio seal and you get a lot of environment noise. The only upside to this is that you can talk to people without taking these off.
- Audio volume is limited so that this can't be compensated for.
- Worst part is that the speech indication have a fixed and low volume!
They don't increase in volume together with the other audio. The result is that I simply can't hear indications when I use them in a noisy place like a gym or outdoors. Without indications anything other than listening to an already connected device is near impossible (e.g. checking battery or (re)pairing bluetooth).
Fit:
- The fit is horrible. No matter how much I try to adjust them in my ears, they always seem to pop back out a bit, enough to degrade audio volume and make wearing them inconvenient.
- I seriously can't wear them for more than an hour as the pressure in the ear results in mild pain
Despite everything I still use them within their limits. Audio is ALWAYS pumped up to max, and I use them in short sessions. But I would never buy this again.

Former premium headset remains a reliable workhorse

The very fact that the first pair survives and works perfectly after so many years is proof that this is a well designed and well built headset.
Not intended for audiophile music listening, it still provides better audio than recent mid-range bluetooth earphones I've used, especially taking into account that it's on ear and not over the ear.
When used as a communications headset performance is impeccable and conversation is crystal clear. Never had complaints about the mic from the other end of the call, except when I forgot the mic in the above-the-ear position far from the mouth.
Bluetooth performance is also very reliable, range is typical for bluetooth links. Never had compatibility issues with anything.
One thing that could improve is clearer indication of status, connection, battery and charging state, which are all provided by two LEDs. Voice indication would be useful. Also this can only connect to a single bluetooth device while there are many accessories today that can handle multiple.
Bottom line when looking for something that just works without any bells and whistles, this is my go to headset.
