Great inner chest workout
These Twister Spring Bars are great inner chest workouts...they really isolate the inner and lower pecs (depends where you hold it in relation to your body). This one is light and a good starter one for my kids and a warm up for me. I had one as a teen some 35 years ago, and glad to find them again. I bought three different strength levels. Great value.

"Nothing to shake a stick at" In other words "AWESOME!"
2 of 2 found this helpful This is just about what I have been looking for in a walking stick or staff. It is sturdy, long, and a good weight. Being next to indestructible is also a great plus, and makes for a great defensive weapon. The knobs make it look like wood, but give it a better handhold to grab onto especially if you are reaching down to help someone up with it.

One of the best Arnold Schwarzenegger movies ever made. James Cameron at his best, and Jamie Lee Curtis is amazing. Rated R for graphic language mostly, perhaps some violence. Some of the scenes set the standard and have been redone by other movies that this one is almost cliché, but not really...there is too much good stuff to not enjoy this classic action spy flick.
