A great all arounder
The build quality is superb. Far superior to sailor and platinum pens. Great size. On the longer side. The medium nib is a great all around writer.
Very similar to the 823 but with a cartridge converter which I prefer.
Highly recomended.

Brings back old memories
Come now, if you are in your late 20's, you probably still remember the words to the heathcliff theme song. and in my case, I now have 4 1/2 brothers and sisters who are between a few months and 5 years old.
Ive seen the stuff they have on TV today, and it will rot their poor little brains. I bought this for me, true, and all of us 20 something watched it, but the kids loved it as well. Like the smurfs, or Yogi Bear, this cartoon transcends generations, and Im very glad I bought it.
All 24 episodes of the DIC show from the mid 80's are here, just as you remember them.

Great Fountain Pen at a great price
Say what you will about these oenda being more mass produced than say a Nakaya but truth be told this is a solid pen.
The body is just half a step less premium than a montblanc 146 but costs way less. On top of that the 21k nib is on par with most other pens if not better. In a week it has become one of my favorites.
In fact its my second 1911 large. And probably wont be my last.
Highly recomended for all FP fans.
