Over priced/ low quality
All I can say is do diligent research before spending hard earned money on any kind of supplements. The amount of effective ingredients in this supplement is so small, ig you buy the ingredients yourself, it'd cost you literally pennies on the dollar and you can make your own that will be MUCH more effective. This stuff doesn't make any noticeable difference than a small cup of coffee
