Design flaw - corrected it should be great

Appears to be a design flaw. Shatsu massage unit is located so low in unit that when one uses it as a bed bolster you end up virtually sitting on that device. After several uses (trying to tilt up so it actually hits the back) the unit starts but then stalls - I would guess it has been bent from the added pressure of being partially sat upon. The idea is great - but as designed, the shiatsu portion is set too low in the device to avoid this problem for anyone attempting to snuggle into into it will sitting on the bed. Sorry.

Order a Blower Wheel Also

Arrived speedily and works great. BUT - there seems to be a universal problem with the motor it replaces - the set screw on the old motor blower wheel cannot be removed; you must buy a new wheel to go with the new motor. I did and all is well, but a heads-up to all; it seems the originals of these motors have a high failure rate.
