Nice indoor grill
So far so good. It opens up completely flat also. Separate temperatures for each plate that go up to 400 degrees and a sear button for each plate that will go up to 500 Degrees. Plates come off easy for cleanup and are reversible if you want the grilled look or you can use just the flat plate side. There's also an adjustment so if you think the weight of the top plate will crush what you're cooking you can use the adjustment guide to keep the weight of the top plate off the food by separating the top plate from the bottom.....different adjustment widths.
