Actually not bad
Got these sice they can hardware decode(I also thought they would hardware encode, but they don't.) These are in really good condition, and one even still had the plastic on it(like the stuff you're supposed to peel off). I expected these to be super loud but I was able to straight up turn off the fan and it was fine.
I bought these to put in a server so my friends could connect from their chromebooks and do things(play games, do programming,etc.) That chromebooks can't do. However, my OWN gpu died and I had to replace it with this while I fixed the GPU(it works now). It performed like 5 times better than I expected and can play rainbow six siege 720p low at 40fps(at least playable).
The decoder unit isnt bad either. It never hit 100%.
I would recommend this to someone who either has a really old PC, or your GPU broke, or if you are making a server like me(its very cool and quiet).
Would buy again if I needed more.
