  I ordered 2 ea Simple Face Wash at $6.99 a bottle, plus tax & shipping. I agreed to $8.95 shipping because there were 2 bottles. After package shipped, I was refunded $7.29 with no explanation. I only recd 1 bottle. I would not have paid the high shipping fee for only 1 bottle - shipping cost more than the product. I would have appreciated some communication giving me the opportunity to cancel before sending me only 1 bottle. Also, when I recd bottle - it was half gone because of a leak.
