I am a Liquidation seller. All items I sell are overstock items from target or Amazon. Mostly new or open box stuff. All items are tested and sold as is in working condition. No returns. I often reuse boxes and packing supplies to help the environment. I price items to sell and I have several shipping containers full of inventory and need the space for new stock.     Item arrived quickly, was probably shipped the same day, it was in the box, but was not working when it was listed as tested. The dial on it did not work. When I messaged the seller he said he did not take returns, and that I could only do in store credit. He also insisted that I should file a claim with the manufacturer instead of returning the item, and continued to insist that I do this. I filed with eBay and did get a return. But I would never do business with this seller again.

I live off grid. And this is a must have. Use it when fishing. In camp. Torch almost always lights. Bottle opener comes in handy too. Have not used the wine opener yet. I bought two of these.
