Lol 8bit games with good graphics.
I bought this for one reason and that was the fact that it has a historic piece of hardware on the inside: the official nintendo famicom to NES game adaptor.
In the early days of the NES, Nintendo had a bunch of famicom games that had been reworked with english text, but when they decided to pit in the 10NES lockout chip inside the original NES they ended up having to widen the rom board so that the chip in the cartridge could talk to the chip in the system.
End result: wider game boards.
As a money saving technique for the first run of nintendo games. They decided to use the pre existing famicom boards that had been reprogrammed and make an adaptor for them to work with the nes. These adaptors were put inside the cartridge itself and ultimately made the NES cartridges much larger than their japanese famicom counterparts.
And thats why i bought this item. Because of an interesting bit of videogame history.

GameCube Forever!
i got this one as spare parts and i wanted the black case so i could use it for a platinum cube that i am modding out.
on the whole i love the GameCube its a great system and Nintendo should have kept going with this systems logical methodology with regards to designing the systems that came after it. the GameCube especially shines if you have the game boy player hardware plugged into the bottom of it allowing you to play game boy advance, game boy color, and original game boy games, on your GameCube.
in my opinion the GameCube is their best system ever. it is easily modified to be able to emulate and run all games from all previous systems. i do not like the wii with its shoddy motion controls that i am forced to use. i am severely unimpressed with the wii u and its entire design and way it is used. Nintendo should never have put a game screen on the controller they never should have continued their system of motion controls and they never should have removed backwards compatibility.
