A very handy tuner
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used two previous models of this tuner and can say that this iteration is the best yet. I don't need the internal microphone, so I don't miss that feature. The clamping mechanism is much better designed than in earlier models, which require severe wrist gyrations to clip in convenient positions, and there is no rubber "slipper" to fall off and get lost. Because there is no microphone one can tune with the volume off, neither disturbing or being disturbed by the rest of the band tuning up. The battery life is good and the batteries are very inexpensive. There are still potential finish issues, in that the clamp may react with the guitar if you leave it on. So don't leave it on.

A stiff but sturdy pen
If you are used to a high end fountain pen for fine, elegant Italic handwriting, such as a good Pelikan, this pen will not be very satisfactory: the nib is very stiff and needs more pressure to write a well-formed line than is compatible with good calligraphy. It is however a reasonably priced pen that is suitable for everyday writing. Ink flow is good and does not flood or dry up inordinately. The optional refillable reservoir is well made and holds a good amount of ink.

A Good Pedal Reverb
1 of 2 found this helpful I only use the Plate and Spring modes regularly, but both are good imitations of these effects, especially when not too deep or with a long decay. The other modes sound very digital and have not been equally useful, though somebody might find them more satisfying than I do.. The included power supply wall wart is quieter for this unit than "one space" daisy chain power supplies, so buyers will probably want to reserve an outlet for this box alone. The refurbished/returned unit Ii bought was like new in box. I have not used the unit with an expression pedal.
