Smart and secure lock

Received this smart lock in its original packaging. Everything looks brand new in the box. I initially had some challenges replacing the lock as it was my first time doing it. The deadbolt had some mechanical challenges where it would extend as easy as it should but eventually got it to work. The installation was completed and during the setup the chime connector gave a hard time communicating with wifi and the yale lock. After multiple ate pizza, i was finally able to complete the software setup and verified the operation of the lock. It works great. The only reason i had given 4/5 star is getting through this difficulty otherwise the product itself is 10/10.
