  Exceptionally bad service. I never leave bad feedback for anyone because I always want to give the benefit, but with this seller, it's as if she couldn't care less. Terrible communication after I sent many messages, then one message to say she can't find item. Never received item and more than a month has past. Really very poor service. Buyers beware.

  Came with laundry scented towels to make the hat smell fresher which was a nice touch. Can’t really say it looks new new. I used to be a retail manager and sold these hats I know they have been discontinued for close to 8 years. It was my favorite hat lost it in a bar, so can’t be mad if it was used slightly even though it says it’s new new. Happy I found the hat. Just noticed it says below this box item description used. The ad stated new but with some defects.
