Requires some assembly. Pulls easily by will tip over if pulling in on a sloped bank. The bin could be sloped steeper as "Weed and Feed" fertilizer is somewhat oily and did not slide well into the spreader opening requiring shaking the bind to get the material to feed. We have not tried the spreader with pure fertilizer of grass seed.
