exactly as the picture
nice product , exactly as described, all the features works fine.

recommended
good product at a good price. Read instructions before use to make sure that you will use it correctly (example: no wet fingers, no nail polish etc)

use it carefully
i have use it only as "cold"
it is a cheap way to "cool" your burning eyes,
it is pretty ok (for its money)
a little bit small but it can do its job
but be carefull ...do not let it much time at the fridge, do not let it freeze too much (it will do more harm to your eyes than good) and do not let it a lot of time on your eyes...
