Recommend with Reservations

Product does promote cocking of wrists on backswing...good practice aid. Sizing may be good for std grips but not for mid or jumbo. Also, recommend using a tennis wrist band on the arm where the hinge arm hits on the backswing.

Nike Free TR

Sizing runs small so recommend 1/2 size larger when buying. Changed out insoles for more support. Ok walking shoe at the right price.
