Great Product
Great Ford product, that’s why I purchased this item instead of aftermarket. Fit was tight, but looks great. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

All in all, a very good heaset!
So far seems to be a good headset. Has a few specific quirks, but almost all headsets have some special way they operate. One item that I found about this headset is that you can connect to eight different blue tooth devices, but can only use two at one time. I specifically wanted to use this with my iPhone and my smart tv, however, these headsets are not really geared towards working with smart TV’s, even though the smart tv has blue tooth. It will work with the tv, but automatically disconnects your phone, then you have to reconnect your phone when you are done with tv. This headset primarily wants to work with other phones, home computers, laptops, etc. So, if you don’t mind doing some connecting and reconnecting, it works good. You get a little quick start card, but to get the complete instructions you need to load the “Poly” app. I had to call Plantronics Customer Support to find out about the connection issues. All in all, a good headset. I bought this one used and it came with the new charging case for about 1/2 the cost of new. New charging case is nice and solves several charging problems I had with older models.
