Easy straightforward. Read directions

As a DIYer I needed something better than $5 battery tester that is giving almost no early warning. It seems like a big leap for me. Again I'm not a mechanic so lack of expertise but at least I can see by popularity that this item is the one people are looking for at this price range.

Hitachi HDS728080-PLA380 (80 GB, Serial ATA II,8 MB) HD

Purchased for a main boot-up drive. It seems work fine with minimal noise, stable so far. it wasn't intended for newest computer, but assembled older ASUS main board with SATA support. Good to have two power sources, ide and sata.
