Make it longer, Larger in Diameter and no strap cutout, $12.95 you'll hit Mark!
Too small , I thought it would be longer, Material is good and stretchy, Over priced also should be 1/2 of the price charged.

You may want to take it to a tire store to have it mounted!
Had a devil of a time mounting it on the tubless wheel, Had to heat it up on woodstove get rubbber soft enough to go on the wheel but got it done and its doing a great job on my garden cart, Good Quality, am very happy with the Tire!
