What a Chinese Joke!
When I received the Vinometer it looked good until I open the directions. They were all printed in Chinese! No English anywhere! I suppose if you read Chinese it will work for you but it's nothing but a joke for me.

Just built a smoke house in late fall. This book was recomended to me and I think it will be a valuable source of ideas and recipes. The book came promptly, exactly as described.

Just one Englishman's opinion
I enjoyed the show and I enjoyed the book. It was worth the price just to read the chapter on "forgiveness"!
