    BEWARE, this item was described as NEW V4R fuel tank, after paying $1900 plus shipping I was told it was a used tank that was stripped and not clear coated. Then after asking for refund he claimed he could not do it on his end and ended all communication forcing me to open a dispute with Ebay( thank goodness that worked) This guy is shady BEWARE !
