Excellent
Great charger. Works great for charging both lithium ion cells and NiMH rechargeable cells. It can charge a mixture of cells at one time and works great with the 12 volt adapter for use when camping, hunting, etc. Nitecore is an excellent brand and this is a both safe and reliable charger at a very reasonable price point.

Okay for an inexpensive bike rack
It is okay for the price, but I am not sure I would use for long distance, interstate travel. It does hold two bikes but it can loosten up and move around so keep an eye on it. Can be tricky to properly adjust to different vehicles. It's just okay.
