Some instructions would help
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this as a replacement for a missing bracket on an old set of Topeak mudguards. The old set had a quite different expansion bolt, which was actually the only bit I needed. The new expansion bolt initially did not appear to fit at all. However, after considerable messing about I discovered a YouTube posting (in French) which indicated there are two sizes of expansion bolt. The smaller size is sleeved into the larger size when supplied and is completely invisible until the expansion bolt assembly is wholly dissassembled. It is then all very obvious but managed to cause considerable consternation and wasted time, hence the 4 stars. Once fitted it all works fine and I no longer have to wash crap of my face before they will let me in the bar.
