    This item was sold 'as-is,' and the price was reasonable. I have repaired several of these (all have the same battery terminal corrosion), rendering the unit in-op. I bought it for parts (to keep my original virtuclean running). When it arrived, I immediately noticed the care in packaging, and the fact that EVERYTHING original was included - all in like-new condition. It wouldn't charge, but I repaired the battery connections easily, and it works like a charm - producing Ozone flawlessly!

Good camera. The mount is very cheap and not vandal proof.
The image quality from this camera is exceptional. I have other Hikvision PTZ cameras that have metal mounting plates and are way more secure than this one. The mounting plate is white plastic and rotates and clicks into place. No set screws or anything. If mounted in a low location, a five-year-old could take this down in 10 seconds. Other than that good camera.

Pretty amazing
Hikvision makes a great fisheye. The software can do pretty amazing things to break out sections of the image as if they are from multiple, individual cameras.

Very solid gear and well designed
Great product. It works very well and the inclusion of Power-over-Ethernet technology makes it very simple to integrate without needing more than a single power outlet to support the entire system. I have used Kanex Pro in the past, and this offers a good bit more bang for the bucks. Better specs and lower price. I was a little skepticle at first, but it has been really solid.
