Good product
The product is good quality

Good product with poor software
Product is good but software is not. Load up slow on cellular app. Desktop pc app is frozen and crashing 90% of time. Reload failed to connect 95 % of time on my computer with i7 3.4 gh and 6 mg on rams . Similar cashed on others computer in the house too. I am not sure that I have a defective unit or the software it safe.

Good product
Good product. It is a little slow on loading: otherwise, it is fairly accurate with a few POI eras and some new construction roadways are not showing the current lanes.
