Great book! Lots of evidence-backed information & exercises.
A ton of useful information. Am feeling confident that this exercise program will have excellent results. The best thing about this, is that it only takes about 10-20 minutes, once a week. My only wish is that the book would be updated, since it was published in 2009.

Lightweight and works well
This is what I use for running and biking on my face. After years of using other heavier weight products that would run down into my eyes and burn, Neutrogena came out with this, and I've never looked back.
