Horrible purchase

Its not chargeable. Its broke. I tried putting battery out and back in. Tried different charger but nothing. The item is as useless as a toy phone for a child. If not more useless. It even says its unable to charge on the cover before it shuts light out. Worst purchase. Now retrying it wont even show any screen of being unable to charge.
