Great Radar Detector!
I have 3 of these radar detectors on different cars, for a few years now. No issues! They are the best on the market talking about quality and price. It's sad that the model has been discontinued. The initial cost for a new unit was $350 - 400 but now is hard to find any on the market and it costs around $700. I like the concealed unit that I installed behind the front grille (it is waterproof!). the display is small and I keep it close to the shifter so I can change the setting whenever I want. Looong range for detection. I can detect a radar way before they can detect me. Some false alerts close to the banks and big stores but this is normal. Blinking LED will alert you if the music is too laud and you can hear the warnings.
The next model has 2 major improvements: it is not detectable and it has GPS so you can eliminate some false alerts. But the cost is double too!
I never got a ticket since I added the first unit on my car so I strongly recommend this model!

Residues
0 of 1 found this helpful This has a nice aroma and a half of a tablet is enough in my opinion for a gallon of water. However, the bad part is that after using these tablets for a couple days only, you will see a kind of white sticky "dust" all over your furniture around the humidifier. Not easy to be cleaned. I'm wondering then what you inhale over the night since these seem to be residues..?

Use a Warm Mist Humidifier instead
1 of 1 found this helpful Decent noise when you use it at first level but very inefficient. It doesn’t change the humidity at all in a small room. Using it at max level, the water makes noisy bubbles all the time, you can’t sleep with the unit set in this way. The display had a missing LED from the first day. Not easy to handle it when you add water since there is no handle to properly hold it. I put it in basement and bought a steamer instead.
