It works well. Thumbs up
For me, it takes about an hour to kick in but then I get super sleepy. I don't wake up groggy either, so it's nice.

Good Stuff, helps relax and can help with Focus
If you take this it works you feel slightly more relaxed within about 30 minutes to an hour. I like to use it when I'm studying or have a long stretch of reading to plow through, when combined with caffeine it gives you the same focus and alertness but eliminates the jitters. Great study Aid.

2 of 2 found this helpful I had initially purchased this as a possible accessory for a wedding dress. It works well and creates a full rounded skirt when used with thick, heavy fabric. On thinner fabric, it can be a little too full, (Donald Duck figure lol), but it is nice quality for the price and works well for the intended purpose.
