Pressure Cooker Basics
The book tells how to use the old-fashioned pressure cooker. The safety of using the pressure cooker on a cook stove is included with basic use of the pressure cooker. Recipes are included that use beef, chicken and seafood along with soups and stews. It even has ways to cook fruits and desserts. It's an all-around handy cookbook.
