Shipping container had been completely torn out on one end such that entire container required tape. Box was in such poor shape inside styrofoam could not do its job. All pieces to make a repair were not in box so the item may have been broken prior to shipment. Ebay buyers should beware of this seller. User was upset about the plaque on the items that was clearly displayed and shown. Instead of asking to ship it back, this fool broke a leg and claimed it was broke in shipping. Says box was damaged, but encasing Styrofoam was not damaged, yet item broke? This buyer is a tool.. I highly recommend avoiding.

0 of 1 found this helpful This is an internation phone. Unfortunately, not sure that was in the summary. As it turns out, this eliminates things like the ability to use Verizon Visual mail and such. You have to seek a 3rd party for additional charge. Not what we were looking for. Already back on the market.
