Not like the model I have owned for years and LOVE.

Not as expected. Not like the one I already have and love. Instructions in Chinese language. Ringtone choices horrible. I would like to return it.

I'm keeping it. Fellowes is the best.

I am replacing a 20-yr old model on which the bin had cracked and broken. Ordered the same model but it is VERY NOISY !!! The new model has a complex ON/OFF switch which I do not like. This new one is s little smaller and lighter, much easier to empty. But it is WAYYYY too noisy. I am 92 and trying to shred everything in my home office, to "get my house in order". Thanks. It will serve the purpose,

Lighjtweight with great features

So easy on the eyes. I bought 2 of them. The previous one i had got damaged. I went straight to eBay and received them within a few days !!! So happy.!!!! I am 90 years old and edit original manuscripts for aspiring authors. I still use (old school) desktop personal computer.
