it was easy to put in ..an instal you have go by instructions to the leter removing it was hard didnt know theres a buttin underneath you havw push to release the progeamer from obd on car so be sure to press it or youll be pulling an tugging long time lol

its plastic that houses the phone it broke up within a month practically crumbles needs to be more rubbery its not worth the money they said they would replace it they never did

OK PRODUCT just for not out doors

um i tryed to install utside no connection it werks inside but its only werking plugged up so guess it needs to be 24 hours theres a fee for usage but not to expensive so guess ill keep it use it indoor its not wireless only works plugged up i asked for refund they said only 50 percent i recommend donot buy this product
